Integrating into the new development pattern and creating new opportunities for Trade -- the successful holding of China Foreign Trade Cooperation Development Forum

On September 7, one of the important supporting activities on the closing day of China International Trade in services Fair 2021 - China foreign trade cooperation development forum was successfully held. The forum is guided by the China Council for the promotion of international trade, sponsored by China trade news and China foreign trade magazine, and co organized by Meibao group. Zhang Shaogang, vice president of China Council for the promotion of international trade, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Nearly 150 leaders of relevant departments of China Council for the promotion of international trade, leaders of relevant departments of the Ministry of Commerce, envoys in China, personnel of domestic and foreign associations, representatives of export-oriented enterprises and multinational corporations attended the forum.

In his speech, Zhang Shaogang said that China is at a critical moment in realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. China will base itself on the new development stage, implement the new development concept, open to the outside world at a high level and promote the construction of a new development pattern, In particular, we will strive to promote the opening of rules and systems, create an international and legal business environment, and stimulate the vitality of various social subjects, which will provide more market opportunities, investment opportunities and growth opportunities for countries and regions all over the world.

Xu suting, President of China trade news, said that the proposal of the new development pattern of double cycle requires China to deepen the integration system of domestic and foreign trade, especially promote the connection of domestic and foreign trade laws and regulations, business system, quality standards, inspection and quarantine, certification and accreditation, and accelerate the completion of the shortcomings and deficiencies of elements, resources and business environment. For enterprises, we should optimize the layout of international and domestic markets, adjust the commodity structure and trade mode, and better integrate into the double cycle.

Xu Peng, chairman of the board of directors of Meibao group, said that the development of the enterprise at this stage should be consistent with the national advocacy direction and expand the international and domestic markets. Enterprises should also strive to enhance their competitiveness, strengthen the value chain, further promote high-level development, and create new models and inject new momentum into China's economic development.

The forum also released a series of achievements in China's foreign trade industry, such as the white paper on the overseas development of Chinese enterprises, the development report of China's agricultural trade 2021, and a hundred questions on agricultural trade. The white paper on overseas development of Chinese enterprises is jointly produced by China trade news, China trade think tank and LinkedIn China. The white paper focuses on the overseas development of Chinese enterprises in the post epidemic era, and deeply analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by Chinese enterprises going to sea, as well as the business environment of developed and emerging economies. At the same time, based on the big data insight provided by LinkedIn in recent three years, the white paper presents in detail the current situation and new trend of overseas talent development of Chinese enterprises, and interprets the new thinking, new methods and successful practice of overseas marketing of Chinese enterprises. In addition, as a base for Chinese enterprises to go to sea, the white paper analyzes the advantages of enterprises in the high-tech zone and the successful experience of the high-tech zone in enhancing its international influence. The white paper will become a guide for Chinese enterprises to go to sea in the post epidemic era.

In the keynote speech, Liu Chao, Minister of the legal department of CCPIT, delivered a speech on the prevention and response of enterprises' "going global" risks, and introduced how TradeLaw platform provides legal services for enterprises going global.

Ruan Wei, Vice Minister of trade and Investment Promotion Department of CCPIT, said that service enterprises are the foundation and development opportunity of CCPIT. We will further study, implement and strengthen cooperation with relevant institutions at home and abroad, build more trade and investment promotion platforms, provide higher quality commercial legal services, create a more favorable international economic and trade environment, carry out targeted information research, and accelerate the construction of a broad service enterprise system.

Ugur kilicarslan, commercial counselor of the Turkish Embassy in China, said that four hours from Istanbul can reach 57 countries in Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia, covering a population of 1.5 billion, and the total GDP of relevant markets also reached US $25 trillion. At present, more than 1000 Chinese enterprises have invested in Turkey, and more Chinese enterprises are welcome to enter Turkey.

Zhang Xiaowan, Deputy Secretary General of the trade promotion center of the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas, said that agricultural trade research is an important pillar function of the agricultural trade promotion center. We have a system of agricultural trade experts, established agricultural trade analysts, set up agricultural trade postdoctoral workstation, and carried out a series of relevant international research activities.

Ding Jianhua, the second level inspector of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Lu Ming, vice president of the Research Institute of China Council for the promotion of international trade, Wang Qian, general manager of Lingying China Talent solutions division, and Huang Zhuo, commercial Commissioner of the Ethiopian embassy, made theme sharing and put forward relevant suggestions for the overseas development of enterprises.
