The return performance panel will also display the current indicator performance, target indicator threshold, indicator definition, indicator calculation description, indicator importance description and specific policy information to facilitate the seller to monitor the return indicators.
Amazon believes that this policy is to improve the seller's self delivery return experience, launch the return performance control panel, and launch the store return analysis tool. It is not difficult to see Amazon's original intention to help the seller solve the return problem.
But in fact, does the seller buy it or not?
Amazon's "return policy" has been released again, which has once again caused the sellers to make complaints about their products. It is also a policy of light sellers and heavy buyers.
Some sellers said that these three key indicators are like three mountains, each of which is related to the survival of the store. In addition, Amazon's shopping customers return goods at will. More importantly, although Amazon said that the new performance would not impose any mandatory punishment on excessive sellers in the early stage of launch.
