Issah Abiola, whose Chinese name is Bai Yang, is 33 years old. She is a "female driver" of Abuja City railway and the first female train driver in Nigeria. From joining China Turkey as an office assistant in 2008 to receiving professional training from the company and becoming a rail car driver, poplar bravely pursues dreams and marks dedication and growth with diligence and sweat.

Now, she has made more than 2000 round trips on this line. But every time she starts the train, there is still only one thought in her mind: "there are thousands of passengers behind me." she has higher and higher requirements for herself. The "three stability and one accuracy" of driving the train, that is, stable start, stable operation, stable parking and standard, has become the gold standard of her work. Today's poplar is familiar with the characteristics of each section of Abuja City railway, and can even feel the different sounds and bumps with only slight differences when the train hits the rail

Every weekday, Bai Yang wears the uniform of Abuja City railway and puts on a light make-up. "It is Abuja City railway that has changed my destiny, and I am one of the service windows of Abuja City railway." now, Baiyang can train local drivers independently. After work, she often goes to the site to guide students to drive trains. "I love this job. It not only brings me a considerable income, but also my childhood dream. He said that when he first wanted to join COSCO Shipping, he saw the transformation results of COSCO Shipping for bigang, especially the container terminal. So when I learned that there was an opportunity to change these, I was happy to join COSCO Shipping," Tassos said.

At the beginning of the establishment of PCT, the local society still had doubts about the privatization of bigang. However, through the unremitting efforts of the Chinese management and Greek managers, PCT gradually gained respect and confidence from the market and the public, and the container business volume of bigang was also growing. Tassos recalled that it was hard but meaningful to fight side by side with Chinese colleagues at that time. PCT's current achievements depended on "hard work".

Tassos himself is the best spokesman of "hard work". As one of the first Greek employees to join China to set up a management team, he witnessed the road of recovery of Belgium and Hong Kong and made his own efforts. In all corners of the country, he took one of the first one belt, one Road International Cooperation Summit Forum in 2017. He told the guests from all corners of the world about the development of Piraeus port and the interaction between two ancient civilizations.

From 2010 to 2020, Tassos saw the port's throughput jump from 880000 TEUs in 2010 to more than 5 million TEUs in 2020, becoming the largest port in the Mediterranean. Piraeus port, the "golden" sea port in the millennium history of mankind, is shining under the modern investment and operation.

Tassos also often looks to the future. He said that the port needs to build a new container terminal with an annual throughput capacity of 10 million TEUs to achieve more development. His terminal marketing department will also continue to work hard to maintain and win more customer resources and let more goods and ships come to his hometown Piraeus.

"More skills don't weigh on the body". Ike's painstaking and learning spirit and ability have been praised by many colleagues. Besides the procurement of production and living materials, ACTO also takes into account the procurement of mechanical equipment maintenance accessories. Large mining equipment often fails, and some parts cannot be disassembled and purchased. In order to ensure the timely procurement of equipment accessories, he often goes back and forth to the mine construction team hundreds of kilometers away, checks the equipment faults together with the maintenance workers, and records the relevant data of equipment accessories in detail. Due to his professional background in non mechanical equipment, it was difficult to accurately master the model of accessories. Therefore, while consulting professional maintenance workers, he bought books to learn relevant knowledge, and soon mastered the trick. Now, as long as the repairman says the equipment fault and what type of equipment accessories to purchase, he is clear!
