When I first learned about the UAE National Pavilion, I was only attracted by its "flying" shape and marveled at this pavilion that broke through the thinking boundary in design.

The exhibition hall is designed by the design master "card God" (famous architecture and structure master Santiago Calatrava), who has always been bold, exaggerated and highly tensile. The mention of "card God" will remind people of his "bionic aesthetics".
In the design of the UAE National Pavilion, he also used bionic design techniques to show the vitality of the building. The design is inspired by the sacred animal Falcon (a large Raptor) in Dubai's local national culture, which symbolizes strength and courage.
The whole UAE national pavilion adopts the wing element of Falcon hunting, and the appearance design is white and clean. Through highly refining and simplification, it has evolved into extreme lines and beautiful structure. It is hierarchical, majestic and incisively and vividly displayed in momentum, which makes us feel the beauty of shocking order and the ambition of the UAE for future development.

These wings can be opened in 3 minutes and can rotate freely between 110 and 125 degrees
If you just marvel at the boldness and confidence of the architectural shape of the UAE pavilion like a falcon, when you enter the pavilion, you will find that the ambition of the UAE for future development shown in the pavilion stems from the spiritual core conveyed by its carefully designed exhibitions.
2. "Listen" to it
Life in the desert
As soon as you enter the exhibition hall, it is like being in the desert. The sand dunes composed of real sand show the paintings of local people living in the desert. As tourists pass by or gather in front of the sand dunes, more and more people blend together, and the paintings will become clearer and more complete. The figure of tourists seems to be incarnated into people living in the desert, depicting life in the desert together.

A country created by everyone
Continue along the continuous sand dunes and come to a luminous mesh sphere with the lighted "footprints" from various countries. The sphere is composed of abacus, hourglass, protractor and many small parts representing various knowledge. Each small part emits a slight brilliance. It symbolizes that people from all over the world have brought all kinds of knowledge and experience, and finally gathered and blended here to form a colorful and inclusive country. It also shows the important role played by the UAE in linking countries' economic and trade exchanges.

Unity is the path to strength, glory and common interests
Moving forward, we will enter an interactive exhibition. When someone walks in, a light will follow his steps, and everyone will have a thread of his own color to follow him. When there are more and more people, the light will be brighter and brighter, more and more, and finally gather together, like an Arab flying carpet integrating multiple cultures. At the same time, as more and more light converges on the ground, the music in the space will become richer and louder. Visitors can intuitively and deeply feel the core conveyed by the exhibition - unity is the road to strength, glory and common interests.

Recalling the memory of time, the people living here are the source of its power
After experiencing these touching exhibitions, you will arrive at the "Time Gallery". Here is the past and present of the UAE. Since the discovery of the first oil field in the UAE in 1958, people began to build roads, railways and infrastructure in the long yellow sand. People from all over the world gathered here and continuously entered the place to bring their culture and knowledge to the land of the UAE, making the social culture of the UAE more prosperous, Make concerted efforts to build the vast desert into today's prosperous city and live and work here in peace and contentment. Scenes of precious video materials are telling viewers what has made this rich and prosperous city in the desert, and what has given the UAE such ambition.

In the long construction era of yellow sand, the air of the exhibition hall was also filled with the smell of the desert at that time.

People gradually come here to build and live.

There is an oasis and a happy life in the desert.
Finally, the cinema in the United Arab Emirates drew a complete end to the whole exhibition. The story in the film vividly and vividly tells the story of the UAE people working together to create a magical country in the desert and live a happy life.

In the tail hall, you can see the striking expo logo on the top of the pavilion. Its creation inspiration comes from a gold ring excavated from the archaeological site of saruq al Hadid in the Dubai Desert. The design of the concentric ring group is very in line with the characteristics of "connectivity, flexibility and power" of Dubai Expo.

Visitors at the exit can stamp and punch in on the UAE page of the Expo passport. The seal design is three rings composed of the three words united, Arab and Emirates of UAE of the United Arab Emirates translated into Arabic, which once again reflects the theme of "communicating ideas and creating the future".
At the end of the whole tour, when I walked out of the UAE pavilion and looked at the "desert white Falcon" again, the Expo theme of "communicating ideas and creating the future" also jumped in my heart.
